My Wellness Journey Started Just Like Yours...

I wasn’t always a coach.

Like many women, I’ve spent years juggling work, family, and life—and I still do.

I’ve navigated the constant pull between what’s good for me and what’s good for my growing kids, especially when their athletic needs seemed to take center stage.

It wasn’t that I was chasing extreme diets or punishing workouts.

The real challenge was learning how to balance everyone’s needs—mine, my kids’, my husband’s—without losing myself in the process.

I didn’t have hours to spend on myself. So I started with what I could do.

I snuck in workouts by pushing the stroller while waiting for tennis practice to end.
I turned playtime with my baby into a workout routine.
I ate what my body needed—sometimes finishing my toddler’s leftovers—but I stayed mindful. Always mindful!

💡 That’s when I realized:
It’s not about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things consistently.

My workouts have changed. My food choices have changed.
But my habit of moving my body and eating with intention—that never changed.

This mindset has carried me through every life phase:
